    Individual Equine-Assisted Therapy Sessions

    For adults, teens, and youth, seeking emotional growth, confidence, and resilience.

    60-minute sessions

    One-on-one work with a licensed mental health provider and one or more therapy horses

    Customized treatment goals such as reducing anxiety, emotional regulation, processing trauma, or building healthy boundaries

    Includes: Intake, treatment planning, and progress evaluation using our structured AAT Goal Tracking form

    Reconnecting through shared, non-verbal experiences with the herd.
