60-minute sessions
One-on-one work with a licensed mental health provider and one or more therapy horses
Customized treatment goals such as reducing anxiety, emotional regulation, processing trauma, or building healthy boundaries
Includes: Intake, treatment planning, and progress evaluation using our structured AAT Goal Tracking form

Family Sessions & Parent-Child Dyadic Work
Reconnecting through shared, non-verbal experiences with the herd.
60–75-minute sessions for families or parent-child pairs
Activities may include grooming, leading, boundary-setting exercises, and guided reflection
Designed to increase trust, communication, and emotional safety between participants

Group Workshops, Team-Building & Seasonal Retreats
Specialized group events supporting specific populations such as caregivers, first responders, veterans, and women in transition.
Occasional offerings based on season and availability
May include mindfulness with horses, expressive arts, or nature-based group work
Designed for emotional regulation, nervous system healing, and connection
Includes: Consultation and personally tailored workshop, activities, and/or retreat details.
Equine Exposure Sessions (Non-Therapeutic)
For clients seeking gentle exposure to horses as a support to therapy or self-discovery.
For those unsure if they’re ready for full AAT
Focused on comfort around horses, observing herd dynamics, and building somatic awareness
No mental health diagnosis or formal treatment plan required
